2021 First Responder’s Blessing

On the last Sunday in July, we welcomed many of our First Responders with representatives from 8 different jurisdictions. A service of thanksgiving was held in the back of the Church near the Shrine, as well as a singing of “memory eternal” for all of those who have given their lives in protection of others. After the blessing of vehicles, all of the parish family and guests celebrated a slow roasted chicken luncheon made by the parishioners!
